How fees are set
Green Dot Cyprus — Approved collective compliance system for packaging waste under the Cypriot packaging law, licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment.
Green Dot Cyprus is the single approved collective system for packaging waste on the island, and its published fee table is therefore the national schedule. The table is notable for how little it moves: its own heading still reads 2017-2025, and the same figures have stood for nine years without revision. The fees on this page are those figures — what a producer pays today — rather than a 2026 edition, because no 2026 edition has been published. Household packaging is priced by type, with PET and HDPE at the top of the range and aluminium at the bottom; commercial and industrial packaging, pesticide packaging and gas cylinders are charged on separate tables. Fees are published in euro per tonne.

Its published household fee table still carries the heading "2017-2025" — the same figures have stood for nine years and no 2026 revision has been published, so these are the fees currently payable rather than a 2026 edition. Commercial and industrial packaging, pesticide packaging and gas cylinders are separate tables.
Commercial and industrial packaging
The rates below are a different stream from the household packaging rates above. They apply to commercial, industrial and transport packaging — packaging that does not reach a private household and is not collected by the municipal system — and a producer placing both kinds of packaging on this market is liable under both schedules, not one. Where the scheme publishes both in the same document the material names are the scheme's own, so the same material code can appear in both tables with very different figures.

Green Dot Cyprus publishes a four-line Commercial/Industrial Packaging table below its nine-line household table on the same page, and states there that commercial packaging is charged less than household packaging. The table's own column heading still reads 2017-2025; no later edition has been published.
