Who we are

EPR Rates (“we”, “us”) publishes cross-country extended producer responsibility (EPR) fee rate data at eprrates.com. The service is operated as a sole trader by Sida Li, trading as EPR Rates. Buyer support: hello@eprrates.com · +44 7845 126919.

These terms apply to your use of this site and to any subscription you take out with us.

What we provide

We extract packaging, battery, WEEE and textile EPR fee rates from the official publications of the statutory producer responsibility organisations and tax authorities of each country we cover, and publish them with a source link, a snapshot hash and a verification date per row. How we source and verify is described on the Methodology page.

This is reference data, not legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own declarations, filings and payments to any scheme or authority.

The free tier and its licence

Data on this site is published under CC BY 4.0 — you may reuse it with attribution and a link. Source documents remain under their publishers' terms. This is reference data, not legal or compliance advice.

The free tier is the current rate tables on this site plus sample.csv. Full fields, historical series and per-change detail are not part of the free tier.

Paid subscriptions

Subscriptions are annual. Prices are as published on the Pricing page, in EUR, excluding VAT:

There is no self-service checkout on this site. Email hello@eprrates.com and we reply with a quote. A subscription starts on the date of the first payment, runs for twelve months, and renews annually unless you cancel the renewal. Cancelling is covered by our Refund Policy.

Paid tiers are licensed for use inside your own organisation. Republishing or reselling the data to third parties, or embedding it in a product you distribute, requires the Redistribution licence. The free tier stays under CC BY 4.0 for everyone, including you.

Payment and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT; we never see or store your card details.

Your purchase is therefore also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. Questions about the data itself are best sent to hello@eprrates.com.

Business customers

We sell to business customers — buyers acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. The service is not aimed at consumers. Where a buyer nonetheless holds non-waivable statutory consumer rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.

Accuracy and availability

Every published figure is traceable to an official document and carries the date on which it was last verified. We re-check sources weekly and correct errors by adding new rows under a bumped method version; published URLs and row anchors are permanent. We do not, however, guarantee that the data is complete, current or free of error, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page and move the Last updated date above. Changes that materially affect a running paid subscription are notified by email to the subscriber address.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes or limits any mandatory protection or non-waivable right available to you under the law of the country where you are established. If something has gone wrong, write to hello@eprrates.com first — almost everything is resolved by correspondence.
